Kastobri Briards are firstly much loved family pets and play a great part in the Southron household. Kay has been showing successfully for the past 19 years, 17 of which have been with her beloved briards. Our love of Briards all started after having owned bearded collies for several years. Our foundation bitch was the wonderful Rubie - Ch Allyking Rubies N' Flames, bred by Allyson King. Rubie excelled our wildest dreams in the show ring, becoming a champion at Crufts in1998, her outgoing but loving character convinced us that Briards were for us. Her memory and rich fawn colour lives on in her progeny. The three briards that share our lives at the moment are Georgie (Kastobri Madamme Georgette), Lucie ( Ch Kastobri Silhouette ShCM )from Georgie's first litter with Touslefell Enigma, and Hardy ( Kastobri Hotmale Dotcom) our latest addition to the Kastobri gang , who is a rich fawn coloured youngster and full of fun. Lucie seems to be following her Great Grandmother's success in the show ring, becoming a Champion just after her second birthday.All our Briards live in the house and join us on caravan holidays to chill out and enjoy long walks in the English Countryside.
